With Manufacturers (Order Fulfillment)

When you place an order, we share your name and shipping address with the applicable Manufacturer solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Manufacturers are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable law and use it only for order fulfillment.

With Payment Processors

Payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. LuxeVault does not store, process, or have access to your complete payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

With Service Providers

We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to use your data only as directed by LuxeVault.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LuxeVault, our users, or the public.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

LuxeVault uses browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) to store:

Cart contents — so your cart persists between visits.
Anonymous visitor ID — a randomly generated UUID used for analytics. This does not identify you personally.

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or cross-site behavioral profiling. No third-party advertising networks have access to your browsing activity on LuxeVault.

You can clear localStorage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will clear your cart and reset your anonymous visitor ID.

6. Data Retention

Order data (name, email, shipping address, items): Retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and legal obligations.
"Notify Me" email addresses: Retained until the relevant product category launches, or until you opt out, whichever comes first.
Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.
Analytics data: Anonymous aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for business analytics.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

LuxeVault is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
